Information we collect
The application form requests name, gender, date of birth, contact details, location, languages, portfolio or Instagram information, selected photography genres, optional comments, and up to four photographs. Our website may also process IP addresses, browser details, security logs and cookie preferences. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Why we process your information
We review casting applications, assess whether an applicant is suitable for potential paid glamour, boudoir, topless or nude photography projects, and communicate about proposed cooperation. We process information required for pre-contractual steps requested by the applicant under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Website security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Contractual and accounting information may also be processed to comply with legal duties under Article 6(1)(c).
Photos and sensitive data
Application photographs are considered only in connection with casting and are not published without separate authorization or an appropriate agreement. Please do not submit intimate photographs, identification documents or other sensitive materials unless expressly requested through an appropriate secure process. If any submission involves special-category information under GDPR Article 9, we will process it only where a valid Article 9 exception applies. Ordinary photographs are not automatically biometric data; we do not use facial recognition to identify applicants.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorized personnel and necessary technical providers, such as website hosting, email and website security services. Information may be shared with clients or production partners when there is a proper legal basis and the applicant has received the necessary information. We do not sell applications or applicant photographs.
Retention and deletion
Applications that do not lead to cooperation are intended to be deleted within 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a shorter period is requested or retention is legally justified. Documents from actual cooperation may be retained for statutory accounting, contractual and legal-claim periods. Temporary uploads and backups must be handled under appropriate technical retention schedules.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, we apply the appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, as required.
Security
We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to restrict unauthorized access and protect stored applications. No online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Complaints
You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee, or another competent supervisory authority, including in your EU country of residence or work.
